After The Quarantine: Collective Comic Making With NYC Salon

On April 14th, I gave a talk on writing bilingual comics and documenting the quarantine on NYC Salon, a speaker series that aims to be “TED with friends” that covers the subjects of art, technology, science, economics and everything in between. In group breakouts, I designed an activity where all attendees pitched in to create a comic together using the prompt “When the quarantine is over, let’s…”

I used the breakout results to create one continuous comic about things we dream to do after the Covid-19 quarantine that put much of our lives on hold. Here is the resulting comic. Enjoy!
